Homemade Chocolate Dipped Strawberry

I usually buy the chocolate strawberry and always feel not enough and want more... Its not cheap, so i decided to make my own. Made it recently for hubby's birthday and it was delicious!

• Melt the chocolate and use a wooden skewer to hold the strawberry 
• Dip the strawberry into the melted chocolate. 
• Once its being fully coated quickly dip it into a glass full of ice water and ice cubes. 
• Remove it from the ice water glass after a minute and walla chocolate dipped strawberry is ready!

Chicken Briyani with Egg and onion raita

2nd attempt in making chicken briyani. I must say its a hit. Hubby finished the every last bit of it!

Met her only once to show the cake design that i want and the baby tv character that Yaadana likes. You know, the baker has no clue abt baby tv but she did her own research and the end result was walla...superb!
