Diet Menu

Here are some of my diet menu... 

A balanced healthy dinner: Baked Chicken & Potato with Grilled Vega and Oat bread 
~ i guess i was very enthusiastic and prepared a very good portion of protein, grains, carbohydrate & vitamin
No recipe for this menu as i simply just tried... basically the chicken & veg has to be salted and added pepper then bake!

Chicken soup and veg

Beetroot and carrot- Made it into juice for lunch  

Lunch at work when i am lazy

 Breakfast at home - Celery and green apple

 Celery and green apple juice

Lemon skyjuice all day- good for dieting i read..

1 guava + 2 green apples = 400ml of juice
